Rossignol 2011/12 S7 Ski

In short

The multi-award winning and mythical S7 has established itself as a powder skiing game-changer. Hard charging expert skiers and once struggling intermediates agree: The S7 is revolutionary in it's ability to make powder skiing more fun and less fatiguing. The S7 utilizes Powder Turn rocker which combines low camber underfoot with high tip and tail rocker. Powder Turn rocker provides amazing floatation, tracking and an efficient angle of attack that gives skiers effortless steering and instant speed control. The S7 delivers more maneuverability, forgiveness and fun than any other powder ski on the market. Rossignol has created the perfect powder tool for the wide range of skiers who all have a fetish for skiing the deep.

Detailed description

Brraaapp, is the sound you make straightlining a chute or firing down a wide open pow field when you click into a pair of the Rossignol 2011/12 S7 Skis. These versatile babies live for knee-deep powder, but can hammer everything from techy steep lines and open pow fields to freshly groomed trails, thanks to a centered sidecut, monster spoon tip, and rockered tip and tail. The S7's traditional camber and deep radius underfoot, as well as a pin-shaped tail, allow you to easily steer through sketchy terrain. Its wood core and laminates keeps you stable at high speeds, so you don't loose your shit and ragdoll down the mountain.

First set or rocker ski and so far super impressed. These are great powder ski's they float so nice with little effort and handles those in between groomer well. the wood-core with fiberglass make them light and nimble. I would recommend a pair of these to any one looking for a powder ski. I use mine for touring and they are great. nuff said.
